Dr. Allyson Pierce, or Dr. Ally as she is affectionately known by her patients, is a Doctor of Chiropractic in sunny San Diego.

A fifth generation chiropractor, Dr. Ally has been an advocate for the chiropractic profession throughout her entire life. As a child, she witnessed neurologically focused chiropractic care transform the lives of many patients seen by her family. This made a lasting impression that led Dr. Ally to pursue her own career in chiropractic. Following in the footsteps of her family, Dr. Ally completed her doctoral studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where she graduated magna cum laude.

Dr. Ally is a huge advocate for natural living and childbirth — she is an incredible resource for pregnant women and young mamas searching to live a more natural lifestyle. She believes that chiropractic care (while beneficial for all ages) is especially crucial for moms-to-be and babies.
During her studies at Palmer, Dr. Ally completed post-doctorate coursework and Webster Technique certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

As a mom + military spouse, Dr. Ally understands first hand the struggles of balancing motherhood, career and family life. Due to this, she hopes to take the financial stress out of healthcare for you and your family by providing affordable care with absolutely no hidden fees. Dr. Ally would love to support you and your family in any way that she can.

When she is not working, you can find Dr. Ally exploring all that southern California has to offer with her husband, Ethan, and son, Oliver. They enjoy soaking up sun on the beach, strolling through the farmer’s market, and riding bikes along the boardwalk.

Kelly Jacobson is committed to offering love and support to mothers, children with and without disabilities, and the community in its entirety. She fell in love with yoga over 11 years ago and has not stopped her practice since. After gaining her BA in Psychology at
SDSU, Kelly went on to receive her Yoga Teaching Certification in Deep Yoga as well as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling Certification. She began teaching pregnant mama classes,
Yin and Hatha Yoga, as well as Deep Yoga classes. She gained her Children’s Yoga Teaching Certification in 2012 and began a class for children with and without sensory disorders. When she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy three months before his due date, she saw a
need in the community for mothers to be: embraced, loved, and praised; regardless of their life situation. She gained her Yoga Therapy certification and has since provided Seva
(volunteer work) for the Women’s Wellness Center of San Diego, and continues to serve the community in various aspects. She combines Yogic and western medicine practices in her
work-life, as well as home life. Her practice is focused on restorative and gentle guidance through movement, breath and meditation. She is also aspiring to become a Doula to offer
additional support to her mommy-to- be clients.
Lauren Robinson, RYT-200, Reiki, and Myofascial Release Practitioner is dedicated to healing the mind,
body and soul through creative movement.
Having completed her 200-hour Prana Vinyasa® Yoga certification in Raleigh, NC she transitioned to the west coast and currently resides in San Diego, studying under global Prana Vinyasa teacher, Shiva Rea.
Lauren is actively working towards her 500-hour certification where she has expanded her skills to include pre-natal and Yoga Trance Dance® offerings.
“I was introduced to yoga during a particularly challenging time in my life and was in need of deep healing. I fell in love with Prana Vinyasa® because it was unlike any yoga class I had ever been to. In Prana Vinyasa®, the breath is intelligently sequenced with each movement, creating a truly
transformational mind AND body experience. In the most positive way imaginable, yoga radically shifted
my mental and physical health. I know in my heart that I’m meant to share this powerful practice with
others.”

Krystah Smith is a birth and postpartum doula. She holds certification in Placenta Encapsulation, Postpartum Healing Ceremony, Belly Binding, Yoga Instruction, Prenatal and Buddha Baby Yoga Instruction, and Mamalates. As a Veteran of the U.S. Navy she understands commitment. To others and herself. Upon leaving the Navy she sought her passion in life. She had yet to find it until the birth of her second child. The moment he was born she knew where she belonged. After serving over 60 women in birth and postpartum she continues to grow and learn along the way. She is currently studying Complimentary and Alternative Health with plans to graduate in the Spring. Her next adventure is in Midwifery school. As a mother herself she learned the hard way that you must take care of you first. She struggled with postpartum depression much of the first year of her children’s lives and didn’t realize why she couldn’t get out of the slump herself. Until she remembered that she was important. That she could not give her best self to her children and husband until she gave her best self to her first. Krystah has cultivated a postpartum experience that you can’t get anywhere else. She has developed a unique approach that allows her to connect with all women and even men going through this new stage of life. Connect with her to learn about belly binding services, doula education, infant massage in more. You can see her services offered in our appointment directory.
